A Star of Bethlehem quilt was started but never completed. Instead, 5 of its diamond-shaped construction units (made themselves from 48 smaller diamonds) were assembled to make the center panel of this crib sized quilt. One of the diamond-shaped construction units was cut in half to fill in along the two long sides of the quilt.
