Heavy shirting and nightwear fabrics were assembled to make this hybrid Crazy/Log Cabin/Stripes quilt. Workaday Crazy quilts remained common—in Australia, as well as in the U.S. and U.K.—well into the early 20th century, well after high style Crazy quilts hit their zenith of popularity in the 1880s.
