As part of their mission, quilt guilds seek ways to participate in their communities.  This quilt was a joint effort between participants in the Special Olympics and the Lincoln Quilters’ Guild in 2010.  Participants were able to commemorate their experiences while the quiltmakers were able to pass along their love for quiltmaking to a new generation.
