This Irish Chain, made by the Ladies’ Aid Society of the Lutheran Church in Bailey’s Corner, Trumbull County, Ohio, has over 500 hundred names. The society made the quilt as a fundraiser to provide money for the new church building and recorded the quilt in the minutes of the Ladies’ Aid Society meetings.
